The Strength Ritual isn’t your typical gym workout. It’s a mindful strength training yoga program designed to help you build strength, balance, and confidence in a warm, supportive boutique-style studio. With two small-group classes per week, you’ll commit to a powerful ritual each month that supports real, lasting transformation.
Small Group, Big Results
Maximum of 4 participants per class ensures personal guidance, expert corrections, and a supportive community.

Everything You Need
All equipment is provided, including yoga mats, weights, and props.
The studio is fully insulated with heat and AC for year-round comfort.
A virtual Ritual Board helps track your progress online, and a dedicated landing page keeps your achievements front and center.

Early Morning: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30–7:30 AM
Mid-Morning: Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:30–10:30 AM
Noon Hour: Mondays & Wednesdays, 12:00–1:00 PM
Why Twice a Week Works
Two classes per week are enough to see lasting results. Each session strengthens muscles, boosts your heart and metabolism, and sharpens focus, all without overloading your system. Your body needs time to rebuild and adapt, which is when strength, balance, and endurance actually grow. Twice a week hits that sweet spot, frequent enough to build momentum, but spaced enough to avoid fatigue or burnout.
Strength training is essential as we age. It supports heart health, metabolism, mood, focus, and joint protection while improving balance (Mayo Clinic, 2023).

Memberships auto-renew monthly to hold your spot, with reminders sent 30 days before the next month.
You can pause your membership up to 2 times per year (with notice).
Months with 5 weeks include a built-in transition and planning week to reset and integrate your progress.
The studio closes for one week at Christmas.
