Additional Info:

Billing & Auto-Renew: This subscription automatically renews monthly. The first charge occurs on the day of sign-up; subsequent charges occur on the same day each month.
Cancellation: Notify us at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
Booking: Classes are scheduled weekly in Acuity. You can book any available times once your subscription is active.
Capacity: To maintain quality, livestream participation is limited. If classes fill, you may be placed on a waitlist.
PAR-Q: Please complete the PAR-Q before your first class: PAR-Q Health Form
What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, comfortable clothing, towel.
