Mindfulness & Meditation Workshops – 6-Week Series
Step into a deep, hands-on experience that helps you move out of stuck patterns, reclaim your energy, and open to new possibilities. Each series runs for 6 weeks at Drop Anchor Studio in Carleton Place.
The fee is $165 per series, with no tax if you register before Jan 1.

Approval Seeking: February 5 - March 12, 2026 | Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 pm
Step out of the hold that needing approval has on you. Constantly seeking validation, worrying about what others think, and trying to fit in can be mentally and emotionally draining, leaving you exhausted and disconnected from yourself. Over 6 weeks, we practice spotting these patterns in real time, questioning what’s really true, and experimenting with new ways of responding that align with your inner guidance, so you can reclaim your energy and stop self-abandoning.
Trigger Happy: April 16 - May 21, 2026 | Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 pm
Shift the patterns that keep repeating in your relationships. In this 6-week series, you will practice seeing triggers as your greatest teachers, notice when you are projecting beliefs or the past onto others, and practice responding differently in real time. Triggers are not obstacles! They are instant feedback on where we are stuck, giving us the chance to clear old patterns, reclaim our energy, and create relationships that feel lighter and more conscious.
Playing Bigger: September 10 - October 22, 2026 (no class Oct 1) | Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 pm
Blast through the fear that keeps you playing safe and small. Holding back from speaking up, taking risks, or making changes because of uncertainty can keep you stuck and drain your confidence and motivation. Over 6 weeks, you’ll practice stepping into discomfort, experimenting with new ways of responding, and learning to act from choice instead of fear, opening space for freedom, growth, and possibility.
The Quiet Rebel: November 5 - December 10 | Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 pm
Step into the guidance that’s always been inside you. In this 6-week series, you will learn to tune into your inner wisdom, notice which thoughts support clarity versus fear, and practice applying insights and internal nudges in everyday life. This is about trusting the quiet, rebellious part of you that knows the way, so you can navigate challenges with confidence and act from choice instead of autopilot or fear.
