Classes located at my boutique yoga studio: 424 Thomas Street, Carleton Place. Please bring a water bottle, journal and pen to class.
Join me for a 6-week journey from seeking approval to living from the heart. In this series, you’ll explore how the simple shift from people-pleasing to heart-pleasing can bring more peace, authenticity, and joy into your life. Together, we’ll work through the internal beliefs and barriers that can make it hard to say no, set boundaries, or trust our own worth, and we’ll learn how to listen to what truly feels right within ourselves.
Workshop Dates: Thursday evenings | 7:00-8:30 PM | January 22, 2026 to February 26, 2026
Location: Drop Anchor Studio, 424 Thomas Street, Carleton Place
Personal Note:
My approach to mindfulness has been deeply shaped by my upbringing and the influence of key spiritual teachers. I was raised by my father on the teachings of A Course in Miracles, which instilled in me an early understanding of forgiveness, love, and presence as the foundation of healing and awareness. I continue to draw inspiration from teachers such as Gangaji and David Hoffmeister, whose guidance has deepened my own practice and teaching. I like to think that this blend of lived experience and spiritual study brings authenticity, warmth, and clarity to the way I share mindfulness.
