Monthly Membership: $200/month for 2 classes/week; 8 classes/month + 1 monthly 1:1 check-in to track progress and refine personal goals.
At $200/month for 2 classes per week, your cost works out to just $25 per class; which is just a fraction of the cost of personal training.
In our small groups (max 4 participants), you’ll get personalized guidance, expert corrections, and a results-focused strength practice in a supportive, safe, and non-intimidating environment.
